The Anonybook Web Site and Web Pages implanted within Earth's World Wide Web are operated by Anonybook. This Terms of Use and Notices applies to the Anonybook Web Site.
The Anonybook Web Site is offered to you (the user) conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Anonybook Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Such terms, conditions, and notices, like most artifacts with apparent reality in third-dimensionality, are subject to change; such change (if any) will be reflected and recorded in this collective Terms of Use and Notices. AGREEMENT TO HONOR AND ABIDE BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
While logged into, engaged within, connected to, or in any other way, shape or form, consciously in association with or resonation with Anonybook, on any level, dimension or dominion, whether known or unknown, you agree to honor and abide by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. Specifically, you shall engage in no behavior that in any way, shape or form, on any level, impedes the free communication, expression or exercise of spirituality or religion, interferes with the freedom of speech or the right to peaceably assemble online, or interferes with the petitioning for governmental redress of grievances on Anonybook. This agreement supersedes any other, on any level, and any interference with Anonybook's First Amendment rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America may result in prosecution under Section 1030 of the United States Code. If you are a member of the police forces on any level, from municipal to federal, to quasi-international e.g. United Nations, to foreign government or military tribunal, whether known or unknown, whether domestic, foreign or alien, from any geographical origin on Planet Earth or off-planet, or of the military in any of its branches or segments, whether known or unknown, whether domestic, foreign or alien, from any geographical origin on Planet Earth or off-planet, you agree that your presence here is of your own personal interest, for your own personal enjoyment and enlightenment, apart from any official line of business, in any official capacity, on any level, whether known or unknown, and that your motive is not the surveillance, harassment, entrapment or prosecution of any Anonybook user. Again, violation of these abundantly clear, stated and posted Terms of Service, in addition to our affirmation of all afforded rights (and reservation of all common law rights and privileges), may result in prosecution under Section 1030 of the United States Code.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
When you open an account on Anonybook, you must complete the registration process by providing Anonybook with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You then will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Anonybook immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Anonybook will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND NOTICES
Anonybook reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Anonybook Site/Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Anonybook Site/Services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on this website. Your continued use of the Anonybook Site/Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
Unless otherwise specified, the Anonybook Site/Services are for your personal and noncommercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any art, media, graphics, music, information, software, products or services obtained from the Anonybook Site/Services. (Media specifically licensed with Creative Commons and other qualified, public domain attributions may, of course, be shared freely.) Without the advance express (nonvirtual) written permission of Anonybook, you may not "meta-search" the Anonybook Site/Services, send, or cause to be sent, any automated queries of any sort to the Anonybook Site/Services, or use the Anonybook Site/Services in any commercial manner. "Automated queries" shall include but not be limited to using any software that sends queries to any Anonybook Site/Services to determine how a web site "ranks" on any Anonybook Site/Services.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the Anonybook Site/Services, you will not use the Anonybook Site/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Anonybook Site/Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Anonybook Site/Service(s) (or the network(s) connected to any Anonybook Site/Service(s)) or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Anonybook Site/Service(s). You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Anonybook Site/Services, other accounts, computer systems, computer networks, or electromagnetic vehicles connected to any Anonybook Site/Services, through hacking, password mining, matrix bombardment or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Anonybook Site/Services. You may not publicly post any pornographic or nude images; and of course, no child pornography in any form is ever permitted.
USE OF SERVICES
The Anonybook Site/Services may contain e-mail services, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, calendars, photo albums, file cabinets and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others (collectively, "Anonybook Network"). You agree to use Anonybook Network only to post, send and receive messages and material that are ethically and spiritually correct and, when applicable, related to the particular subject matter. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using Anonybook Network, you will not:
• Use Anonybook Network in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
• Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any topic, name, material or information that incites violence towards one person or a group because of their belonging to a race, a religion nation, planetary region or local universe.
• Upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents to do the same.
• Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which is made available through the Anonybook Site/Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
• Upload files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, space-time continuum disruptors, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another.
• Use of meta tag searches on the web Site.
• Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless Anonybook Network specifically allows such messages.
• Download any file posted by another user of the Anonybook Network that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
• Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying Anonybook Network.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any area of Anonybook Network.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
• Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of an Anonybook Site/Service(s) or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.
• Use Anonybook's official galactic transmission frequencies to append, include, encrypt, decrypt, replace, "piggyback" or any other way exchange private or public data of any digital, holographic, electromagnetic or electronic form with any agency, whether its intended destination is on Earth or off-planet.
Anonybook has no obligation to monitor Anonybook Network. However, Anonybook reserves the right to review materials posted to Anonybook Network and to remove any materials believed to be misinformation, disinformation or outright, spurious lies. Anonybook reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of Anonybook Network at any time, without notice, if our Council finds you an individual, entity, state or corporation exhibiting primarily draconian behavior.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children in Anonybook Network. Anonybook does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in Anonybook Network and, therefore, Anonybook specifically disclaims any liability with regard to Anonybook Network and any actions resulting from your participation in Anonybook Network.
Materials uploaded to Anonybook Network may be subject to electromagnetic and upper dimensional scanning, posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination, and you are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

Anonybook does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Anonybook (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Anonybook Web Site/Service or her associated services for review by the general public, or by the members of any public or private community, (each a "Submission" and collectively "Submissions").

STORAGE SPACE AND OTHER LIMITATIONS
You agree that Anonybook may establish limits concerning use of any Anonybook Site/Services offered on the Anonybook Web Site, including without limitation the maximum number of days that communication transmissions will be retained by any Anonybook Site/Services, the maximum number of communication transmissions that may be sent from or received by an account on any Anonybook Site/Services, the maximum size of a communication transmission that may be sent from or received by an account on any Anonybook Site/Services, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on Anonybook's servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times and duration you may access any Anonybook Site/Services in a given period of time.
You agree that Anonybook has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by any Anonybook Site/Services. You acknowledge that Anonybook reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.
Anonybook MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY Anonybook SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
Anonybook reserves the right, in her sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Anonybook Site/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Anonybook shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
NO SPAM; DAMAGES
Anonybook will immediately terminate any account which it believes, in her sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk e-mail In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you agree to pay Anonybook liquidated damages of $7.13 for each piece of spam or unsolicited bulk e-mail transmitted from or otherwise connected with your account, otherwise you agree to pay Anonybook's actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated.
GENERAL
For purposes of the Earth's World Wide Web, this agreement is governed by the laws of California state, U.S.A., Earth. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., Earth, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Anonybook Site/Services in this local planetary jurisdiction. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Anonybook as a result of this agreement or use of the Anonybook Site/Services. You agree to indemnify and hold Anonybook, her parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Anonybook Site/Services. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Anonybook with respect to the Anonybook Site/Services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Anonybook with respect to the Anonybook Site/Services. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
INDEMNIFICATION
Your use and participation of and in the Anonybook Website, Products and Services indemnifies Anonybook from and against any and all cost, expense, or liability (including reasonable attorneys fees), whether karmic or physically monetary, within this dimension or any other, within the past, present or future, including, but not limited to, all known points of the space-time continuum, arising out of or in connection with any claims, demands and actions relating to the breach or alleged breach of any of user's warranties, representations, covenants or agreements contained herein. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Anonybook and her successors, assigns, agents, partners, guides, counselors, designees and licensees from any claim, liability, cost and expense (including court and attorneys' fees and costs), whether karmic or physically monetary, within this dimension or any other, within the past, present or future, including, but not limited to, all known points of the space-time continuum, in connection with any claim which is inconsistent with any agreement, undertaking, representation or warranty made by you herein.
DISCLAIMER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Anonybook DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO (1) UNINTERRUPTED OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY OF THE Anonybook SITE, AND (2) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE Anonybook SITE AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY Anonybook HEREUNDER. SOME STATES IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND SOME SOVEREIGNTIES OF SIRIUS, ORIONIS AND PLEIADES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Anonybook BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE Anonybook SITE, EVEN IF Anonybook HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OTHER
For purposes of activity and transaction conducted in governments within the jurisdiction of the United States of America (boundaried by the inner space ceiling of Earth's orbit), this agreement shall be governed by and construed (only if and when necessary) in accordance with the laws of Caliornia state, where Anonybook keeps her North American studio, without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
